Digital downloads policy

This policy applies to digital products purchased from our store, including downloadable files, digital artwork, wallpapers, printables, templates, and other digital content that is supplied without a physical medium.
Delivery of digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically. After purchase, access may be provided by download link, email, customer account, or another digital delivery method shown at checkout or in the product listing.
Digital products are final sale and non-refundable once purchased, downloaded, or accessed, except where required by law. No physical item will be shipped for digital download products.
Right of withdrawal for EU customers
EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, you may lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access begins, provided that you have given your prior express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access begins.
By ticking the required consent checkbox at checkout, you agree to receive immediate access to the digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access begins.
No cancellation after download or access begins
Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or stored immediately, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for digital products once download or access has begun, except where required by law.

If you are an EU consumer and you have not yet begun downloading or accessing the digital content, you may still have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase unless another legal exception applies.

Faulty or inaccessible digital content
This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
If a digital product is faulty, misdescribed, corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible, or not supplied as stated in the product listing, contact us at: orders@onifigments.com.
We may ask for reasonable information to understand the issue, such as screenshots, error messages, device details, or the file format involved.
Where required by applicable consumer law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement access, correction of the issue, a price reduction, or a refund.
Compatibility
Product listings describe the file type, format, size, layout, compatibility, or intended use where relevant. Customers are responsible for checking that the digital product is suitable for their intended device, software, or use before purchasing.
Compatibility limitations that are clearly stated in the product listing are not treated as faults.
Accidental purchases
Accidental purchases are not refundable once download or access has begun, unless required by law.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us. We may review duplicate purchase requests at our discretion, provided the additional copy has not been downloaded or accessed.
License and permitted use
Your purchase gives you a license to use the digital product as described in the product listing or applicable license terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital products are for personal use only.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, copy for commercial distribution, or claim the digital product as your own.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Digital Downloads Policy from time to time. The policy that applies to your purchase is the version available at the time of purchase.

Can I cancel my order after buying a digital download?
No.

Can I get a refund if I downloaded the file by mistake?

What happens if the file does not work?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for screenshots, error messages, device details, or other reasonable information so we can review the problem and provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.
Do I receive a physical product?
No. Digital download products are supplied electronically only. No physical item will be shipped. Your address will still be required to verify your payment method.
